Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Euwin Casino (the "Casino"), a gaming platform owned by Euwin Gaming Solutions Sdn Bhd, a company registered under the Curacao Gaming Control Board.

1. License and Compliance

   The Casino is licensed to operate in Malaysia pursuant to the Malaysian gaming regulations and holds a valid offshore license from the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The Casino complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements.

2. Account Registration

   To use the services of the Casino, you must register an account by providing true and accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. The Casino is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

   The minimum deposit amount is RM30, with a maximum daily limit of RM100,000 and monthly limit of RM500,000. You can make deposits via various payment methods listed on the Casino's website, including FPX, Maybank/CIMB transfer, Boost e-wallet, GrabPay, and Visa/Mastercard (subject to fees). Withdrawals will be made within 2-4 hours for bank transfers and up to 15 minutes for e-wallets.

5. Gameplay and Wagering

   The Casino's games are subject to rules and conditions set forth in the game help section or on our website. All wagers must be placed through your registered account. The minimum wager is RM1, with a maximum bet of RM25 per spin during wagering.

6. Bonus Terms

   All bonuses offered by the Casino are subject to the following terms: (a) A bonus can only be claimed once; (b) Wagering requirements apply at 35 times the bonus amount before withdrawal; (c) Maximum win limit applies as set forth in our promotions section; and (d) Bonus abuse, including strategic betting, will result in account closure.

7. Withdrawal Terms

   The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 for standard accounts and up to RM100,000 for VIP Gold+ members. For Diamond VIP members, there are no limitations on withdrawals.

8. Responsible Gaming

   We encourage responsible gaming practices among our players. We have implemented measures such as deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to prevent problem gambling.

9. Dispute Resolution

   Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of Malaysia.

10. Termination

    The Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice for breach of our terms and conditions, including non-compliance with responsible gaming practices.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration under Malaysian law.

12. Miscellaneous

• We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
• The Casino's mobile application is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store for download and use.
• You agree that your account can be suspended or closed if you use our services in a way that may cause harm to others or violate applicable laws.
